Wrist	Ganglion removal; Wrist arthroscopy (operating telescope) and curative arthroscopic surgery; Stabilisation of carpal instability; Wrist fracture – early and late corrective surgery; Rheumatoid corrective surgery; Wrist replacement;
Elbow	Tennis Elbow injections (with autologous blood or steroid) and Tennis Elbow operations; Elbow arthroscopy/removal of loose bodies; Treatment of sports injuries; Management of elbow fractures; Rheumatoid arthritis; Elbow replacement.

The majority of operations are done as ‘day cases’. General anaesthetic or local anaesthetic may be used.
